Laguti Investment Limited (Laguti Motors), Plot 15, Cemetery Road, Gulu City, Uganda, is responsible for the personal information described here. We collect only what we need to sell you a car and look after your order.

What we collect

• When you buy: your name as on your National ID, National ID number, phone number, email address, whether you collect or want delivery and your district, and the order itself.
• Payment: the amount and date of your payment. How you pay: to be confirmed. We never store card numbers or security codes.
• When you ask a question: your name, phone number and message.

Why we use it

To process your payment, register the car in your name with URA, arrange collection or delivery, send your receipt and updates, and answer your questions.

How we protect it

National ID numbers are stored encrypted. Only our staff, after signing in, can see orders and enquiries.

Who we share it with

URA and, where needed, our email provider (To be confirmed), as needed to complete your purchase. We do not sell your information.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs: one for staff sign-in, and a setting for light or dark mode. We do not use advertising cookies.
