Who we are
These terms apply to purchases from Laguti Investment Limited (trading as Laguti Motors), company registration no. 80034965666887, Plot 15, Cemetery Road, Gulu City, Uganda.
Landed price
The price shown for each car is a landed price. It includes shipping, URA import taxes, clearing, transport to Gulu, number plates and logbook transfer. URA amounts are based on the current valuation and may be adjusted at clearing. If they change, we absorb the difference for cars already paid for.
Buying a car
You buy by contacting us. We confirm that the car is available and agree the payment terms with you before you pay. Payment methods, deposits and refund rules: to be confirmed.
Cars in transit
Arrival dates for cars still on the way are estimates, not guarantees.
Collection and delivery
You can collect from our Gulu yard at no charge. For delivery to your district we call you with a delivery quote before dispatch.
Registration
The logbook is registered in the name on your National ID, so please give your name exactly as it appears there.
